Neymar drops his biggest hint yet his PSG deal is done

After all the rumours, speculation and gossip, Neymar has landed in Dubai on Tuesday.

That’s a win for Qatari paper Al-Watan, who broke the news that Neymar was headed to the Gulf ahead of his seemingly imminent move from Barcelona to PSG.

It’s also a loss for French daily Le Parisien, who claimed Neymar was on his way from China to Paris to complete his deal.

One of the fascinating parts of the Neymar saga has been how the Brazilian hasn’t shied away from social media during all the madness.

Set to become the world’s most expensive footballer in a 222 million euro deal, Neymar continues to update his Instagram account regularly, and that’s where he broke the news he’d landed in the UAE.

According to the whispers, Neymar is in the Middle East to complete his medical and sign his PSG deal.

As for the player, he posted a video on Instagram Stories having a bite to eat with a couple of his buddies.

Drops a hint

Aside from revealing his location, Neymar has also posted another hint his PSG move is on.

The Brazilian uploaded Scripture onto his Instagram account.

Neymar posted a few lines from Philippians 4, which read:

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

Is this Neymar’s way of saying he’s not moving to PSG for the money?
